There is no system in place to take orders if system goes down i wouldn't even give this place one star because of poor customer service whats next ill be in the store and sorry cant take your order because of a damn computer
Well it was super fast I will give them that. But when I got it an opened the box all of my toppings an sause was slid to one side
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I've ordered from dominos many times, and I've always had my pizza delivered within reasonable time depending on road conditions (it is upstate New York, after all). There's a couple feet of snow on the ground, roads are terrible, and my pizza was still here in about 40 minutes. Food is great and warm, and the girl - Chelsea - who delivered the pizza was very nice.
Food here isn't great other then their garlic knots.
If it was at all possible I'd give a 0 star review. I ordered online prepayment at around 7 pm for delivery to Ft drum. Was told it'll be 30 to 45 min wait, but I realistically expected a little over an hour. After that time passed I called to see what the status was. Was told it was on the way. I check the status online an hour later and it says the order was delivered. So I call back and I'm told yet again it's on the way. Still patiently waiting until about 10:20 pm, I called again. This time the worker told me they don't deliver to the barracks until after 11pm (a bold face lie), which no one told me 3 hrs ago! Livid at this point, I ask to be refunded and not to bother with the order. I will not be calling Domino's ever, this has ruined the franchise for me.
