The staff has been exceptionally friendly. They let me plug my electric car up front. Our room has disappointed us. It smells musty; I think the AC puts out a lot of moisture. We've had ants from tiny bits of food drops from our daughter. I've been bitten by ants every day I've been here.
Needs to be updated. But the staff is very friendly and everything is fairly clean. The rooms are very outdated.
Very disappointing...especially after coming from the IHG on Fort Sam Houston. This hotel needs a major overhaul. The room smells so musty that I've had a headache the entire time I've been here. :( The carpets are disgusting with stains and actually feel damp. It is extremely challenging because I have a toddler that I don't want to play on the floors. There is a great playground but the laundry exhaust blows right on it and the smell can be overwhelming to the point of nauseam. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is decent...but I will not be recommending anyone to stay here.
For the price, my expectations were not high. Room was clean and the included breakfast was good. Would recommend if it's not too far out of your way.
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast more than adequate. DVD player and movie checkout was free. The price was a bargain.
