Great place to train myself and my daughter trains with me.. very nice place to train together or on your own....
Solid selection of machines and cardio equipment. Lacking in free weights which becomes painfully obvious during peak hours when every bench and all three power racks are constantly taken.
This is one of my favorite gyms, all the equipment is well-maintained and the personnel that stuff this facility are always friendly.
Good Gym, no complaints. Clean like 99.99% of the time.
Great gym, 2 floors, big pool, 3 indoor basketball courts, you can play volleyball if you'd like, during the short summer it's got 4 baseball parks out back, a frisbee golf course that is long, and tons of gym equipments
