Have been using them for 7 years without any problems. Honest and straight forward. They have helped my wife out during numerous deployments. We brought our Jeep in for a diagnosis and they even contacted the local jeep dealership to verify what they came up with. Tires under warranty have been replaced when needed. We continue to use them.
This Firestone was able to work my car in for an inspection. Initially they didn’t think it could be done before 7pm but I needed it done by 3pm. I mentioned that and they said they would try to get me in earlier. They did! Fantastic customer service. Thank you for working me in so early!
There over priced and really only good for oil change and new tires they take forever to do anything and there customer service is piss poor
Always very good with my car. Never cut any corners on care and always did a little extra for free. They truly care and will do the best they can with what they know and have. Never came back with a problem I didn't have the first time coming in.
