Love it! Staff is good and the drinks too.
They needed a little tidying but have vastly improved since opening. Good comeback Starbucks.
2- On a different occasion, they served my hot drink with a soft drink lid, literally--I had to drink my Vanilla Latte through a straw after 20 mins to let it cool. It was bad.
They didn't have supplies to make some drinks, but they just had open.
1- They dropped my cup on the ground spilling my drink behind the counter. They then picked up the cup, laughed, and refilled it---serving me in the same cup.
Love that they added a location on Fort Drum. Nice to grab a coffee before heading into the store to shop. Staff is very friendly as well. My only complaint is that I wanted to redeem a free drink and I couldn't at this location.
If you're craving Starbucks, it's worth a visit. Don't expect your usual experience here. The store is clean and new though, they made a good decision to move in the PX.
