Don't waste your time and money if you aren't caucasian at this place. I was rejected but I am happy that they did because they don't deserve my money.
I usually see Michelle and have been really happy with her until today!she really messed up my hair!its uneven and to short,very dissapointed!!!!I will try to talk to her and ask her to fix it
I've been coming here every other month for the past year and a half and every time without fail I'm disappointed. Whether it's standing at the service desk for 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me or just leaving with a terrible haircut but today really topped the cake for me. I get a simple trim, no layers, nothing crazy. A half inch off the bottom an I'm done. The woman who cut my hair today must be new or something and completely overly confident. I now have left with my hair being almost 1.5 inches shorter on one side than the other and she took an entire inch off when I told her a half inch. Measurements are hard, obviously. She didn't part my hair into sections or even try to do the cut properly...my hair is thick and curly. This should've been common sense to a hair stylist. No wonder they never have the same stylists when I go, they are terrible! I will never go back after this.
Went to get my haircut, I asked he lady if she knew how to cut men's hair she yes. Clearly she did not know a thing about cutting hair.
I didn't get the style I wanted and the hair do is very ugly and all they did was gossip I'm so pissed that I cried like i can do better to my own head but I learned my lesson by going there
